About Londell
Londell Jackson is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Specialist for the state of Colorado, where he partners with employers to implement effective DEIA practices and expand apprenticeship opportunities. Previously, Londell ran his own consulting firm, assisting clients with program planning, development, and evaluation. He has also held key roles at organizations such as Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain, Metro Caring, and the Colorado Nonprofit Association, where he spearheaded initiatives in workforce development, education, and organizational development. Londell's expertise is further evidenced by his extensive teaching experience, ranging from university-level courses to community college instruction and job readiness training. He is a published author and a sought-after speaker, having presented at numerous conferences and events. Londell's commitment to community service is reflected in his active involvement in various boards and organizations. He holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Learning, Training and Development from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Nonprofit Administration in Urban Communities from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
